Patient Education

Patient education is key to patient engagement.  Patients want to know about their medical eye condition and we want to be able to do this quickly and efficiently.  Many patients hungry for this information take to the web to find out more about their condition and find solutions.  In other words, great content could set you apart if you deliver it on your website, in your waiting area and within your consultations and to your patients’ digital devices.   Patients also forget most of the information we provide in-practice!   One way is to offer printed material, but a better more efficient way would be to digitally share content so that content could be shared via email or even SMS messaging.  The latter is a great way of not only saving time but also getting your brand to patients who have visited your practice.  Read more about our ideas on patient education here.
