CAPTIV8 Connect provides end-to-end connectivity. We are on a mission to eliminate data entry and duplication. That’s why we have built integrations with Optometry and NHS systems to allow seamless two-way flow of data.
We’ve also integrated with NHS Digital APIs like the Patient Demographic System, Summary Care Record and made all referral data SNOMED compliant.
Connected to Optometry Practice Management Systems
Seamless transfer of patient and clinical data from Optometry practice management software to CAPTIV8 Connect. Instead of 15-20 minutes per referral, it now only takes a few minutes to create and send a referral.
Patient data is also validated against the Personal Demographics Service (via a FHIR API).

Completed reports are sent directly to the hospital CAPTIV8 Connect account for review.
CAPTIV8 Connect can also manage post-op payments to Optometrists to reduce the administrative burden on both Optometry & Ophthalmology clinics. Post-op fees can even be procedure specific and invoices and receipts are automatically created within the referrer and specialist account.
